Contact form
When you write to us through the form, your name, e-mail address, topic and message are sent to us by e-mail so we can answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for booking enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The website itself does not store the message. We keep the e-mail only as long as the enquiry and legal retention duties require.
To protect against spam, the number of messages sent from an internet address (IP address, stored only as a one-way checksum) is counted for one hour. The counter is then deleted automatically.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by easyname GmbH, Canettistraße 5/10, 1100 Vienna, Austria. When a page is requested, the server stores technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) in log files to keep the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These are deleted after [14] days. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies for visitors. Technically necessary login cookies are only created when signing in to the administration area.
Fonts
The fonts are loaded from our own server. No data is sent to Google or any other provider.
YouTube videos
Videos are first shown only as a preview. Only when you click "Play" is the video loaded from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Your IP address and technical data are then sent to Google, possibly also to the USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). The legal basis is your consent by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Links to other services
The share links (WhatsApp, Facebook, e-mail), the directions link (Google Maps) and the links to social networks are plain links. No data is transferred before you click them; after that, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Just write to us at the address above. If you believe the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at).
